We have turned the former air freight hall into a 20,000m2 collaboration center for the city of the future.
Here, start-ups are working on prototypes and solutions in renewable energies, the circular economy, e-mobility and sustainable construction.
Our Späti is the first place visitors experience.
It is a reception area for visitors, a deli with delicacies and a book and souvenir store.
The adjoining Community Kitchen is ideal for team cooking or exclusive dinners with show cooking.

A wide variety of formats with up to 1,000 people can be implemented in the girderless hall. Our custom-made modular furniture system can also be used to create unconventional settings (e.g. amphitheaters).
And when there is no big event taking place, this is where our start-up community meets for lunch, receives visitors and holds meetings.

The .GUT Am Flughafen 1 is a collaboration center for research institutes, start-ups and NGOs.
On a total of 20,000m2 of space, solutions for the city of the future are being jointly developed in laboratory, production and office environments - solutions that our society urgently needs. Our areas of work include renewable energies, the circular economy, e-mobility and sustainable construction.
As a curated venue with the mission to inspire people, we assess each event individually for its suitability to the "City of the Future" theme and, if necessary, also contribute our own suggestions. This includes both high-reach public events and topic-specific specialist events.
We offer all-inclusive packages including catering for events from 10 to 150 people.
Cooking & eating is a great way to get together. Our Community Kitchen is specially designed for larger groups.

We have (almost) everything you need for your event from a single source: food & drink, presentation equipment, media technology, ....
We offer all services in an easy-to-calculate package price. Extras can simply be booked on top.
Our community member BRLO provides the .GUT community with high-quality lunches (veggie/vegan) during the week and offers the full range of catering services for events.
Our Späti is not only the usual reception for visitors, but also the local supply point. It serves coffee, drinks and snacks. The Späti also provides meeting room catering.
We have video and audio media technology on site for the usual formats. The technology can be booked as an option.
We have furniture on site for up to 150 people: Banquet tables, chairs, bar tables, beer benches, reception counters, etc. Everything is kept in one design and blends in well with the rooms.
From furniture, catering and media technology to event management, we can offer all services from a single source.
For the most common applications up to 150 people, we offer easy-to-calculate package prices including catering. Extras can simply be booked in addition. For larger events or special cases, we calculate the offers individually.
Our prices are in line with the market and are not subsidized. We try to find solutions for non-profit companies with a high degree of thematic affinity.

At the former Tegel Airport, you can quickly immerse yourself in a completely new environment and leave your everyday business life behind. In contrast to offsite locations in the countryside, however, you can get there quickly and can even get there by bike and public transport.
Bus 109 stops directly in front of our door (bus stop "Urban Tech Republic"). The journey time is 7 minutes from S-/U-Jungfernheide and approx. 30 minutes from the main station.
A beautiful cycle path leads from Berlin-Mitte along the Berlin-Spandau shipping canal. The journey takes about 30 minutes from Berlin-Mitte.
It takes about 25 minutes from the main train station. There are plenty of parking spaces on site.
