.GUT opened its doors for a one special evening - a curated dining experience outside the ordinary!
Sky Dinner was a collaboration between .GUT and culinary artist duo Helen Russell Brown and Talita Perfect. The dinner, the first of its kind at .GUT, brought together people from different sectors under one roof, to connect and share ideas through the soul of food and interactive play.
Helen Russell Brown and Talita Perfect working across Brighton, London, Berlin, Aljezur and Lisbon. Their edible artworks explore the relationships between carnal pleasure and sustainable futures, examining pleasure as a tool for social change.as a tool for social change.
